Commonwealth Care Alliance Senior Care Options Program is available to qualified residents of Essex, Franklin**, Hampden, Hampshire, Middlesex**, Norfolk**, Plymouth** and Suffolk counties. Visit our complete service area. As of January 1, 2016 the SCO network will be expanded to include full county coverage in Worcester, Bristol, and Middlesex. Zip codes will also added in Norfolk and Franklin counties.
